Office Scriban Louis XV – Louis XVI inlaid rosewood and amaranth nets with lemon and tinted wood blanks “Greek” at the corners.
It opens with a flap, two drawers – framing marquetry simulating a drawer – and 2 doors at the bottom.
The flap of turbulent form, retained by compass iron and measuring 77cm long X 39 / 43cm is sheathed a brown leather; he discovers a theater Golden Oak composed of 6 small drawers staircase (rosewood front), a rack and a sliding door accessing a secret compartment.
The interior of the lower part, also oak, is lined with a shelf.
It rests on four curved legs forward those adorned with bronze hooves.
Inputs locks and keys Bronze condition.
Period: late eighteenth century.
Perfect after restoration of the whole state, pickling and finishing hard clear lacquered background.
