Vintage Design
A beautifully designed & crafted 1960s sideboard manufactured by White & Newton of Portsmouth. The company favoured the use of teak as a staple design material but also on occasion embraced luxurious timbers such as afromosia and rosewood for its high end aesthetic.
This sideboard comes in a contrasting two-tone by the use of teak and afromosia. White and Newton were on the cutting edge of furniture design and production in Britain throughout the mid 20th century.
This sideboard is an excellent condition.
