Baker Furniture from the 18th century French Stacking Units Collection as shown in the Baker Catalogue Volume 1 page 62. Upper wire door cabinet section with adjustable shelf topped by a carved frieze detail and crown molding all around. Middle section with a full length drawer above a locking drop down tooled leather desktop cabinet with hidden light fixture and two small drawers and shelf inside. One original brass key for the desk is included. Lower cabinet with paneled doors and adjustable shelf.

FYI For transport purposes be aware that although these are called stacking units they do not come apart that we are aware of. We moved in one piece.

Condition:GoodWear consistent with age and use. Structurally sound and sturdy with original finishes. Exterior very clean with some minimal wear around edges. Center drawer with ink stains inside as pictured. Leather desktop in good shape with some minimal wear as pictured. Interior shelf wear.
